The Lady Behind the Window・The Bastard of the Pit Wall

Set in the Formula Apex racing universe, Soren, a brilliant strategist, was once the sport’s most promising young driver, yet everything was stolen from him by his older brother Cassian. During a decisive rain‑soaked race, Soren foresaw the risks and forced an early pit stop to secure Cassian’s championship victory. At the victory banquet, he was merely brushed off with a 20,000‑dollar payout. With that money, Soren bought his brother’s wrecked crash‑damaged race car and built the Blackwall Team under a bridge. He recruits Mika, a top‑tier female driver cast aside by corporate capital, and Rhea, a safety team principal under suspension. Starting from scratch, they take on the elite Platinum Team and its AI‑powered systems. Track‑side mind games, smear campaigns and on‑track sabotage come one after another. Relying on his precise mastery of circuits, tire performance and weather conditions, Soren dismantles the injustices wrought by his powerful family and corporate interests step by step. In the final rain‑soaked title decider, he strategizes for Mika to pull off a bold overtake along the outer wet line and defeat Cassian. Race officials reinstate all of Soren’s erased official credits. This is a gritty underdog racing tale that embodies the ethos: credit belongs to those who earn it.
