My Beloved's Path

Nan Di, a single mother struggling to survive in the slums, works herself to the bone to scrape together money for her daughter Keli's life-saving surgery. She meets Ling Beichen, a wealthy heir who ran away from his own arranged marriage, and their fates become deeply intertwined. As Nan Di tries to persuade Ling Beichen to return to his family, their feelings for each other grow — but they are forced to endure endless trials: cruel schemes, violent kidnappings and heartbreaking misunderstandings. Finally, Keli's surgery is a complete success. Ling Beichen confesses his deep, sincere love for Nan Di, and their love finally blooms after all the storms they have weathered together.
