In Milford County, Kansas, a once-in-a-century flood is approaching, but only one
man sees the disaster coming. Ethan Cole, a former Army engineer, discovers that
the county chairman Harold Cline has deliberately removed his family from a
government flood compensation program out of personal revenge. While the entire
town celebrates their payouts, Ethan is left with nothing.
Knowing the aging Wolf Creek Dam is on the verge of collapse, Ethan invests
everything he owns into building a fortified survival compound on his high ground
property. Equipped with reinforced concrete walls, advanced security systems,
independent power, and massive emergency supplies, the orange fortress becomes
his family’s last refuge.
When the dam finally breaks, a catastrophic flood wipes out the town. The
evacuation shelters fail, money becomes worthless, and the people who once
mocked Ethan are forced to seek shelter at his fortress. But Ethan refuses to offer
mercy without consequences. He creates strict survival rules: protection, food, and
resources must be earned.
As desperate survivors, corrupt officials, and armed outsiders fight for control of the
remaining resources, Ethan faces a new battle inside his own walls. Betrayal, hidden
alliances, and power struggles threaten the fragile order he has created.
Amid chaos and destruction, Ethan must decide whether his fortress will become a
